cheated me my money for the past 3 years

I have ordered some clothes from Yepme on Aug 2017. They have rejected my order and refused to refund my money. Almost, *.* years gone. I have tried to contact them through the phone call, email and social media. But, I didn't get any response from them. They have cheated me. Please give a solution for this issue. I have my order details message and bank debit statement
