Delivery Delay
Online Store 13. 01 has delivered 4 packages (tires) dpd. 19. 01. It turns out that this shipment has not yet been delivered to iExpress. After a long wait, I manage to talk to the iExpress customer service department by phone, where the girl confirms that we have received the packages from the sender, but due to the heavy workload we have not yet been able to scan / register and so I have to wait. Others have not received their shipments since last year and this is normal. It's a game of chance and I just have to wait until they have time to find my shipment at their terminal. Nothing can help. Wait and hope that someday you will receive. It was further confirmed that the sender (online store) had also contacted iExpress to search for these missing items. What shall I do?
