I started Altice mobile service on 6/5/21 and paid the $40. After trying to use sims card with awful directions, I went online and discovered that I had been charged a monthly fee on 6/17/21, I called and told them that I had not used the service. The staff are all liars, they are unprofessional, it is useless to call the supervisors because they are also unprofessional and liars. User's recommendation: Never, Never use Altice.
