long story short, they wouldn't fix the installed improperly carport, they kept calling for payment, I said sure fix it and get paid, or come take it away, and I'll get what I wanted somewhere else! they wouldn't do either, after install they tried to charge me 30% more than what I owed, end result they hired a lawyer to sue me for $6400, when I owed $1700, I paid and still have a carport installed wrong! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! they are liars, their customer service and reps are marginal at best! User's recommendation: Buy somewhere else, period!
