Hello, I ordered a part for my window. The part failed in less than a month. Tried to get a replacement, and they said that they do not cover normal wear and tear or user fault. Apparently using my window is my fault and failure in less than 30 days is normal wear and tear. The sad part is that this probably costs them a dollar to make. I would rate them zero if i could. User's recommendation: FIND A DIFFERENT DEALER!
