Hud debited my account 7 times without authorization. I Filed a claim with Chase. They replaced 3 of the debits according to their 60 day limit policy. I was told to contact the merchant for the remaining debits to be replaced to the acct. I did, and HUD replaced 3 of the payments. Chase removed those three payments from the acct. 2 weeks later creating a deficit in the acct and refuses to replace the money to my acct. User's recommendation: Don't bank with JP Morgan Chase.
