Charles Shinauld is a joke!!!

Sept. 2017 Charles Shinauld cold called us stating that he could do a loan modification on our mortgage. Long story short...he took us for 2300.00 and did nothing but ALMOST cost us our home. Our mortgage company never recieved a dime. If he calls you.. HANG UP THE PHONE!!!!! HE IS SCAMMING YOU RIGHT OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!
