Charging my credit card during Covid19

I use the Hair Club in Rye Brook Ny. Have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Appointments were cancelled due to covid19. This company has continued to charge their clients even though there is no service rendered. I have had billing problems with Hair Club in the past and the management gets nasty when you question their billing practices. I called in today to find out why they are still billing even though no service was rendered and the account manager spun a tail about how it is yearly billing along with a lot of other made up statements. In the end I told them to cancel my account, which the customer rep said she did. I was told to take my complaint to their legal department. Too bad, I liked my stylist, but liked nothing else about the place. I will be going to a small salon from here on out at half the cost and no hassle User's recommendation: Stay away, dishonest practices.
