Since Aabaca took over the Yahoo small business, it raised monthly charges. I canceled the service in 2016, but they continue billing me, and charge my money from the saved billing info. I called its customer service today, they refused to refund what they charged 5 days ago. And I was told this is their policy. How can they charge consumers' account-saved info without pre-notice?
