You guys have charged me for months now and I have yet to receive an ipsy bag. I messaged you guys through Facebook and you did absolutely nothing, I messaged you several times and I keep getting told to bear with you guys that was over four months ago. I have proof that you have charged my account every month I want a full refund of every month that youve charged my account because I have never received a bag. I want a refund and I want the account completely canceled
