I ordered a trial subscription, it did not work for me, I mailed all items back, credit was not given. No help at all with customer service. When I received my credit card statement I disputed charges, they researched and found that I did indeed return the items so issued me a refund. However not Guthy Renker is sending me invoices weekly saying I owe them! I have told them that I returned items, sending the letter from the bank to them. They are still harassing me.
