Charging Me After Cancellation of Account

I had signed up for a subscription to get a paper delivered to me and then the next day decided I really did not want it. I called customer service and was told that my service was cancelled and that I WOULD NOT get charged again. And of course I did get charged again for the next TWO months. I called customer service each time and was told to send an email instead showing my bank statement and I have never heard anything back. I am losing $15 a month for a paper that I have NEVER received. I am very disappointed. User's recommendation: This just seems like a corrupt business trying to steal people’s money, find free news articles online.
