Charging for a product I cancel yearly

In 2017 I moved and no longer had a desktop computer. I cancelled as I have no computer In 2018 I spent months in the hospital. I did not notice you charged me automatically. Your response was too much time has passed . No refund I insisted you remove me from autopay ( which I dont even remember agreeing to) 2019 you charged me twice. You refused to refund but said I was taken off auto pay In 2020 you charged me again. I have not turned on a computer in three years and you keep charging away So how do I end this How do I get a refund?
