Original review updated by user Jul 29, 2021 Onstar took charges from my credit card and I am getting the complete run around trying to get it back. I never noticed because we had a vehicle with onstar but when I cancelled it I noticed we were still being charged. Come to find out it was for a vehicle we never owned. This started in May of this year and is still being drug out. I have talked to a lawyer to get my money. I am tired of the run around. Big business like this and they cant pay me my little bit of money that they have cheated me out of. I will never deal with them again. User's recommendation: Never deal with them!
