Charges for inadequate services
3 days after installation, my alarm panel began to malfunction. i called customer service on numerous occasions and was put on hold from 13-25 min. never got a response. my wife called to see why there wasn't a response to a smoke alarm in the house on another occasion and their response was We know that was a false alarm". no one never responded to my phone calls and I started receiving statements after I refused to make payments for not receiving service due to a malfunction on my panel. Anyhow, how could they know I had a false smoke alarm unless they invaded my privacy to see what activities were taking place in my house. Now Arlo is claiming I owe them full amount for contracted service to my home. User's recommendation: I recommend you do not fall for their smooth talk of providing desired service to your home.They're nothing but a ripp-off.
