Charger door keeps breaking

Every few months the charger door flap in my S7 case breaks and I have to get a new one. They waved the warranty fee once out of the four times. Obviously a design flaw, how about a refund or at least wave the constant fee? They own Otterbox now so two companies Ill never buy from again.
