Charged my discover card $19.99 twice in error on 6/11/21 & 7/12/21

On star gave us 3 months free on my chevy inpala and 3 months free on our new 2021 GMC acadia . My onstar account # is 139-66*-311. Please handle to refund the invalid charges and have no further charges. Thank you very much. You may call me at 417-881-****. When i called onstar they gave me your e'mail (onstarlossprevention@***.com) but i couldn't find any where to do this conversation. Thanks Karl Langwell User's recommendation: check your credit card statements for bad charges.
