I was planning on having a procedure done with this clinic and mistakenly gave them my credit card number before I set the date. They charged my account for the procedure without me even haven set a date, and refuse to refund my money, claiming I set a date. Their office manager, Teresa, tries to talk over me when I called to complain. They refuse to take responsibility for their illegal charges. I'm mad. Anyone have any idea how to file a complaint about a plastic surgery medical clinic? Does Better Business Bureau still exist?
