Charged my card on items I didn’t buy

Last night I was trying to buy 3 shirts from the online store, it was rejecting my card because of something to do with the fraudulent activity (not on my card, just in general). I tried multiple times to buy it, but it rejected it 4 or so times. I eventually gave up on it and decided I would call my card company in the morning. This morning when I checked my cards spending, it showed that the $52 was spent at Ron Jon’s surf shop, although I have no emails or receipts as evidence that they will be shipped and delivered to me. I would like to talk to someone about this order, and whether or not it was placed. I would still like to buy these shirts, but if they won’t be shipped to me, I want a refund. Once I have an answer I hope to come back and purchase these shirts, but I would like a response as soon as possible. Thanks!
