I was told by 2 reps that first treatment for carpenter ants would be 179.00 then 1/4ly treatments 139.00 This was for my 90 yr old dads home. They wanted a credit card # before visit. ( my first mistake) they would not take a check, but would take my routing # for bank... didnt like that either. When I opened e mail they charged my dad 60.00 bucks more. After 2 phone calls the first said it was my word against theirs...NOT they record the calls for quality control...the second was a supervisor who said she would contact corporate and email a letter about our conversation....surprise no emails....next I will write as many reviews as I can and a letter to corporate... User's recommendation: Get it in writing !!!
