Update by user May 26, 2021 The company confuses you. Used my gift subscription in July 2020. Company says boxes ship the FOLLOWING month on the 15th yet I didn't receive my first box until the first week of September and had to ask them for tracking info because they aren't good at communicating with their customers. This was a GIFT - I wanted ONLY to use my GIFT card and be done with this service. I did not ask or want an additional 6-months. The service is very expensive and not worth the money. The boxes took forever to arrive. Once the GIFT subscription ended I STILL received boxes - the company, without my knowledge, billed my credit card for an additional 6 months but only offered me a partial refund saying it was MY fault I didn't read the fine print. User's recommendation: Stay far away from this company.
