I have transactions made for an optional item twice for my character of the game I play . I paid for the same optional item twice , one from steam and the other from amazon pay from mog station of Square Enix .They refused to refund one of them . I made a payment with SE because I thought the payment I attempted to make with steam was not working because of my payment card issue . But then, the steam payment went through that Iater found out . My Account with SE is fontainsoul .
