Borderfree is charging me $34.28 shipping on a return item that I mailed and paid the postage myself. They took it off my total refund from Dillard's. This company totally rips customers off. Big stores are need to find a better way to ship purchases to customers. By continuing to use this company they will loose customers. User's recommendation: never use this company.
