This company adds package protection service to your online shopping cart without your knowledge. When I called to complain, they said "It was my responsibility to remove it" REALLY? I was also told that once they charge me, they cant delete the charge. How is it possible to charge a customer for something THEY ADDED to your cart, and then not return the money? User's recommendation: they are just a reseller of shoes, they dont actually make shoes.... Just buy the product from another company.
