Charged extra for delivery that still hasn’t delivered
Update by user Jan 30, 2021 I'm heading to PetSmart now to purchase the medicine that was needed yesterday. Original review updated by user Jan 30, 2021 I'm happy with the same-day delivery of the items I could get the same day. However, I paid additional money to have the flea meds delivered by Friday. When I originally placed the order, the delivery date option was Monday. However, during the checkout process, I was offered a delivery date of Friday 1/29 if I paid the additional fee (which I did). I still haven't received the flea treatment which my cats desperately need. I just tracked the package and now the delivery date is showing as Monday. It appears that it didn't even ship out from the facility until yesterday. I'm very unhappy as I could've saved my money and went to a store and purchased it by now. If PETCO couldn't commit to the Friday timeframe then I shouldn't have been given the option to pay extra for it. I'll be reporting this fraudulent action. Please look into this, and I would like my money refunded for that shipping charge. User's recommendation: Don't pay additional for expediated shipping!
