Original review updated by user Aug 12, 2021 I got a free trial in April 2021. I cancelled the membership in May 2021. July 2021, I was charged for the membership. I cancelled again and tried to email CS for a refund. I never heard back from them. August 2021, I get charged AGAIN! I cancelled my membership and tried to contact CS and got no response. I escalated it to Paypal, but the problem is I never received cancellation confirmations for when I cancelled all three times. So, I have nothing to show for it and I will lose the case. Do not give these scammers your billing info or access to your Paypal account. Don't even bother going for the free trial. User's recommendation: Do not join the premium membership.
