Good afternoon, my name is Almira Smith and I’ve been trying to contact Morgan properties for longest due to a balance charge of 707.35. Autumn Gregory is my roommate and we have been charged for things that I don’t think is accurate. The leasing office people were not polite at all when we came to them for questions and understanding the charges that was placed on our account. We spoke to three different people and they seemed like they did not want to help us or bother to help understand the charges and go through each charge exhaling the details. As well for maintenance we have many request on file that needed maintenance in the house and they never got fixed. There was mold all over our kitchen cabinets and my roommate has a child which wasn’t good for her. Also we moved in to a house with no carpet on the floor and took pictures of everything that needed to be fixed and they added carpet to our place but then charged us a carpet fee for 500 dollars and we never had carpet to begin with and there was not suppose to be a charge for the carpet being put in. I politely asked if our deposit from when we first moved in got subtracted from the charges of 707.35 which they couldn’t show me in writing or any details of it be subtracted from our account. Our deposit when we first moved in was 300 dollars and I’m trying to be patient and contact somebody to help me fix this matter. I emailed and called Morgan properties and did everything I could do to reach someone above the leasing office of Towson colony apartments and no one has got back to me. I just received a letter in the mail from NCAC and they have notified me that if this matter is not resolved or paid within 2 weeks it will go onto our credit file and i will not have that happen.
