Charge port door and screw not in case

I have just received my LifeProof case, cleaning my phone and getting it ready for assembly. When I take out the case from the box, I find that the charge port door with the screw is not in the case. I’ve yet to find anyone with this problem. I am very disappointed that my first ever LifeProof case is not put together the way it’s advertised.
