Charge my GC and CC but no order number

Hello, I've placed an order through the ikea.com. It charged my GC and CC but haven't received my order number. I've been on the phone for 3 hrs trying to get some help but I either get the run around or dropped phone calls. Non of the Reps are available to help or answer questions (why employee them?). Why isn't there upper management? I just need the order number to pick up my item. Please update your IT department!!!!!!!! User's recommendation: Do not get GC or use their online service.

If you are actual Representative of IKEA you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
