I was charged $75 for guard services that NEVER happened. No one came to my home, my husband was at the house 10 minutes after I received the phone call from your monitoring and I was told that someone would be dispatched to my home. NO ONE SHOWED UP!!!! I WANT A REFUND OF MY MONEY. How are you charging people for a service they are not getting? As a matter of fact, there was not even a problem with someone breaking in, it was a bad contact sensor. I want an explanation, an apology, and my money back User's recommendation: Get a gun and do not rely on their so called guard service.
