I've been going to Grand Victoria for 25 years, since it started in Elgin. Caesar's Entertainment recently bought it and changed the rules on points being used for Bronze members--but didn't tell anyone. No more buffet; we used to get one free buffet for two monthly. Lost out on that. Now all I get is $20 to use but not in the restaurant. Can't use my points in the restaurant either. Unbelievable! User's recommendation: You have a website which should tell all patrons of Grand Victoria what to expect at each tier.
