Change product delivery date

After several contacts with Best Buy they did change delivery date to what I wanted. It took talking to FedEx and Amazon to find out that only Best Buy can change delivery date. Best Buy should have done what was requested on the original order and saved me a lot of time and frustration. User's recommendation: Press them for what you want.
