Mixed review. The first person I spoke with ( I think her name was Tierreny ) put me on hold and never came back. I waited for 20 minutes. Very rude. I called back again and got a great representative who was able to resolve my issue within 5 minutes. He was friendly, polite and solved the problem easily. I love the ifit app on my Nordictrack elliptical. User's recommendation: Contrary to what I read about poor or non existent customer service, I was very pleased with the speed in which my call was answered and how quickly the problem was reaolved.
