My complaint is How Kenya Airways Can change the date of traveling without communicating to the traveller. Now I am at Mumbai Airport and I have been told that my flight was for yesterday. I surprised, I show them the ticket which is showing that I am traveling today. But the staff at check in counter are very unprofessional and not want to understand anything.
