I wanted to change the name on a flight I booked. 6 weeks has passed and I have contacted edreams numerous times. All I've gotten is a robot replying to me which has got me nowhere. An absolute disgrace. I haven't once spoke to a human and the company make it impossible to contact them. I will never book with edreams again. Such a terrible service if you need any kind of help. I fly in 2 days and the name still hasn't been changed. So upsetting User's recommendation: Don't book with edreams.
