Change of Flight Destination (Departure Information)

I started requesting for a change in my flight destination using the same flight dates. I have been referred to a lot of customer care contact numbers, "Message Us" option with virtual assistant, referring us to flight support specialists, but only to have an unfinished conversations because it was always disconnected and no action was done. I am willing to pay whatever is the fare difference. User's recommendation: Make sure the travel agents or third party can be trusted when they say customer care, concerns should be taken seriously.
