Chain pull not working

I tried in multiple ways to contact your company and couldn't find a way to get a hold of you. I tried to rewire the pull chain with a friend but it is still screwed up. You guys are super impossible to get hold of. I'm going to order my next ceiling fan from a more support friendly manufacturer..
