Finrite have the most horrible and rude call centres I have ever come across. They are not interested in assisting a customer, they are rude. Some even have a conversation with each other and laugh while the client is on the phone. They don't even have decency to put the phone on hold. Even their process of a claim is the most frustrating process I have ever came across. Their staff or call centre agents don't even respond to e-mails. I have been sending follow up e-mail for over a week to check the process, no response.
