Hi, I have purchased a ceiling fan on 06.12.2020, here i have enclosed warranty card & purchase bill, (Model : Seabreeze 1200mm) within 7months fan not working, heavy sound observed, regarding this i had raised a complaint on 10.09.2021 (Service req. no [protected]/01) your service provided didn't attend to my complaint on my doorstep, then i have removed the fan & i have travelled 5km and hand over to Mr.Siva (Ph no. [protected], [protected], SK engineer in Hosur, Tamilnadu), as he said within an hour it will be rectified, but at the end of the day he concluded it may take 3 to 4 days, because of spare parts not available . I am fed up with using crompton made products, in future i will give poor rating to your service. FYI Saravanan [protected]
