Cauncel membership

Dear manager I have tried to cancel my membership with anytime fitness at the moment is froze the manager in Barnstaple said I cant cancel it he sai I only paid 7 months them we went to lock down yes I can understand it is a 12 month membership but I am not working due to all this COVID going and i am a volunteer looking after voluble people and I have to be careful please could you cancel my membership Thanks
