End of November last year had eye test was told my RIGHT EYE cataract needed doing they contacted my doctor, it was only couple weeks ago while at docs I said what's happening about my eye op he said he would chase it up, upon contacting hospital they said op was cancelled as nothing wrong with LEFT EYE apparently the optician at boots Bishop's Stortford had written wrong details on form. So now I have to go back on waiting list for the gross misconduct of the optician and my eyesight is getting worse,I have tried several times to ring the shop but nobody is answering phone so you are my last chance for an explanation I am not happy.
