Cashier may have stole my money off of Bilo card

I went into the store to make a purchase,I gave her my phone number at that time the young lady advise me that I had $35 in rewards points at that time she ask me if I I want to use them I say yes I made purchase in amount of $5.38 I should have a balance of $29.82The lady told me this morning my balance was $.80 Can you explain to me what happened
