I have been doing business with 41122 Ryan Rd Sterling Heights, Mi. 48310 Branch for over 10 years for with more than 5 accounts opened! With any cash change request that is asked for I'm told there isn't any change for my business. Very unprofessional staff at that branch with the worst management team there as well! New staff need to be hired at that location. I closed all my accounts and took my money and business else where! Will make sure I let others know as well of the treatments that you will receive from anyone at Fifth Third Bank! User's recommendation: I recommend you take your business to anyone but Fifth Third Bank.
