Carrier won’t accept my return

Totally devastated. Purchased a love bracelet online and returned it the same day because it was too small and needed one size up. They said there is a scratch on it and wont accept return. I literally tried it on- thats it. Now I am stuck with a bracket I cant wear? What should I do User's recommendation: Don’t buy from Cartier- horrible customer service.
