The carrier attempted to deliver the load and was unable to move the load to the appropriate position to be offloaded. Said he would return to Omaha to be re-loaded and out again for delivery. That was Last week, and I’m not sure what the deal is and the carrier cannot be contacted . They keep telling me that someone will reach out, yet no one does. BOL 3427****
