I'm complaining about changing a product in my order without having any permission from my side to do that . On 19 of March I ordered 12 pcs of americana full cream milk and I received them as 12pcs of greenland full cream milk . On 21 and 24 of March I called carrefour call center and talked with the customer service and i told them my problem but there were no action from the delivery and till now I didn't change the product.!!! So is it normal that customers should have been ignored from carrefour like that ?? And kindly find the attached receipt.
