Cargo not delivered even after 3 months

I have sent used household items from Dubai to Trivandrum (India) in August 2011 and Akbar Travels, Sharjah fellow Mr.Balakrishnan(+[protected]) took the consignment from Dubai and promised to deliver within 60 days. Every week I am calling ISD to get the delivery. Always giving bad promises and even after 90days Akbar travels not delivered the items! Absoultely poor service and I dont know the fate of the goods I sent. Do not rely these guys. Only the name and service is so poor.
