I've owned my vehicle since new. Some how there was a damage record on my vehicle even though it has never had damage. It took 2 weeks to hear back after reporting it to carfax and then i got a message that the damage event is staying on the report with no explanation why its on there, who put it there or anything. cost me thousands of dollars in losses on my 2019 GMC Sierra.
