Card to card transfers made by customer service representative

This has to be the worst company on planet earth. These *** allowed 5 card to card transfers on my account. After the first one I called and the idiot(representative) hung up the phone lol. I was able to block the account and a new card was issued. The problem is that before I opened the envelope containing my new card it had already been activated and two new card to card transactions were made. Called these idiots and guess what happened? The same thing. They refuse to send me the details of the investigation they have done on my account. PLEASE DO NOT USE MY VANILLA is *** Garbage Service User's recommendation: ANYthing IS beTTER than My vAniLLA.
