Long time customer and I'm so close to being a platinum member worked on it hard all year and my card most the time ends up not working in the game haveing to go to customer service every other visit is not convenient but I do understand you guys just updated your systems so may be it will work its self out. User's recommendation: Good bad its a casino I recommend it over a lot of other places just on how nice and clean the place is.
